Made with a Room over it by running up a Brick Wall from one
wing to the other aned the Charge of building & covering in the Same
and Floring & Plaistering the said two Rooms and Leader Gatter as
the Petr. is informed will not amount to above £50.and in regard
the Petr. & his father & Grandfather have been for may years past
Tenants of the said FarmAnd praying the Govr. to allow him
a new Barn floor and she said two Rooms to be built & to grant him
a new Lease for 21 years from last Michas at the same rent with
Usual CovanantsThis Comittee having considered the said Petition
are of Opinion to allow him £12. for a Barn floor and £50. for a
new Room and to grant him a New Lease of the said premes for 21
Years from last Michas at the old rentAll which nevertheless
is Submitted to the Judgment of the CourtAnd it is Ordered
this Opinion be reported to the courtThis Court having duly
weighed be considered the said Report doth inform the same
