The following proposals being presented to this Court by Walter

It Appearing to the Court that of late years there has not been half
the number of poor Boys put out Apprentices to the Artsmasters of this
Hospitall as have been heretofore which may in time tend to the
discredit of the Government of this Hospital especially considering
that the number of poor distressed Children has of late years rather
increased than decreased principally owing to the decay of Trade

It is therefore Ordered in ease of House Comittee that it be
referred to a select Comittee of the Governors of this Hospital

To Examine what funds and Provisions have been established or
made use off for putting out Apprentice Clothing maintaining
Educating or otherwise providing for any and what sort of poor
distressed children and how the same now stands
