Also to Examine how many Apprentices an Artsmaster in each Houses or
Habitation in former times usually took as the Consideration of enjoying the
same and if such Artsmaster was or is lyable to any and what other service duty
or Consideration for the benefit of such House or Habitation, And do setforth
the Annual Value of such House or Habitation with all other Benefitts
Advantages and priviledges enjoyed by each Artsmaster from and under the
Charity of this Hospital.

And the said Comittee are hereby impowered to examine the several
Artsmasters in such manners as they shall think fit in order to discover if
they can the reasons why there are so few Apprentices at this time in Company
to the Number formerly

And that the Clerk of this Hospital do forthwith Collect and get together
all the Books papers Writings & Records relating to the premisses to remaining
his Office in regular Order for the easy inspection of such Comittee when and
as often as they any or either of them shall think proper to pence the same
and such Comittee or any three of them may Report the state of the Chose
to the Court with their Opinion what is fitting to be done for the support
thereof according to the Original Institution or practice thereof and to
report their Opinion of the whole to the Court

This Court doth Order that the said proposals be Entred in the Court Book and be
forthwith printed and a Copy sent to each Governor in order to be considered
at such Court as Mr. President shall please to appoint for that purpose.
