At this Court the several humble Petitions of William Dell< no role > . Thomas
Keil
< no role > , Cornelius Morleir< no role > , John Pinchen< no role > and William Simmonds< no role > were real
setting forth That they are willing to take such a number of Apprentices
as the Court shall think fit and to keep their Appartment in repair will
Glazing Plaistering and Whiteing at their own expence as is usually [..]
by the Artsmasters and to comply with all Orders of the Court and Co [..]
made and to be made in relation to Artsmaster And praying to be
Elected an Artsmaster in the room of Mr. Nathaniel whitamore< no role > who
has resigned and Mr. Francis Cabell< no role > decedThe Governors gave
their Ballotts which being cast up, the Numbers appeared to be as
follows Vizt.

Whereupon the Right Honble Humphry Parsons< no role > Esqr . Lord Mayor
President declared the said Thomas Keil< no role > and William Dell< no role > daly
Elected And it is Ordered that the said Thomas Keil< no role > and William Dell< no role >
(upon delivering a Certificate of their Settlements to the Clerk and
producing a Copy of their freedom of this City) be admitted Artsmasters
of this Hospital untill the next Election day upon giving Security as
is usual in the like Case and that the Journey men which they shall
employ in their Trades shall be such as have served their Apprenticeship
in this HospitalAnd it is further Ordered that they have such
Appartments as the Comee of this House shall think fitt.
