the Henpshops in this Hospital at Michas last since which time he has kept the
Prisoners at Labor and in order thereto he having laid in six Tons of Hemp the
Comitteee Ordered Seventy five pounds to be lent him to pay for the first three Tons
and have also Ordered Seventy five pounds more to be lent him to pay for the
other three Tons upon his and his brother in Law

the same in six Months without Interest upon which he has agreed to keep such
Apprentices as the Governors shall place with him and comply with all the
Orders of the Court that have been or shall be made in relation to the Artsmasters in this

and Treasurer and any four of the Governours
of these Hospitals All which nevertheless is submitted to the Judgment of
the Court And it is Ordered this Opinion be reported to the next Court
