le Quorn London Blacksmith having been bound Apprentice to Phillip Gill< no role > One of the
Artsmasters of this Hospital by Indentures dated the 5th. day of April last It
is Ordered by Consent of all Partys that the said Indentures be Cancelled.

Hospital) were brought before this Court from the Hempblocks . Mazin for staying
out till 4 o Clock on a Sunday morning with women and Chambers was brought
in by a Constable at one o Clock in the morning for making a Riot in the Street
And George Bell< no role > and Humpry Bailey< no role > were Complaint of by their Master
Mr Gabriel Bestman< no role > (one of the Artsmasters of this Hospital) for lyeing out
nights and keeping late hours and Bell once run away for Eight Months
Whereupon It is Ordered That the said Richard Chambers< no role > , Robert
Mazin
< no role > and George Bell< no role > be Corrected in the presence of the rest of the Apprentices in
this Hospital and that Humpry Bailey< no role > be reprimanded and Sent home to his
Master which was done accordingly.

Whereas The Mayor Comonaslty & Citizens of the City of London upon the Application
of the Governor of these Hospitals Have Order'd a Bill to be brought into Comon Council for
granting a Lease to the said Governors of a Peice of Ground in Moorfeilds Adjoyning to Bethlem
Hospital for building an Hospital for Incurable LunaticksIt is Ordered by
this Court. That the following Persons be named in such Lease as Trustees for the said Governors
Vizt.The President Treasurer & Auditor General of these Hospitals& Humpry

are to be the Lessces and Trustees of a Piece of Ground in Moorfeilds Adjoyning to the said Hospital
intended to be Granted by the Mayor Comonslty & Citizens of the City of London to the Governors
of these Hospitals for building an Hospital for Incurable Lunaticks Vizt.The President
