Execute the same for a debt of One Thousand pounds one
to this Hospital Whereupon and upon reading two Orders
of this Court of the 18th: Octobr 1709 and 26th. May 1710
whereby the Treasurer was impowered to Signe the two
former Agreemts. and upon reading a printed Copy of the
said Act of Parliament and also a printed abstract of the
said Indenture of Agreemt. now proposed Itt is Ordered
That the said Indenture of Agreemt. be Executed on the
behalf of this Hospital in respect of these £1000 due
to this Hospital upon the said Companyes Bonds And
thatthe Right Worshipfull Sr. John Cass< no role > Knt . & Alderman
Treasurer of these Hospitals is hereby desired & Impowered
to Execute the said Agreemt. for this Hospital
