Also Complaint being made to this Court that ye Prisonrs.
Comitted to this Hospital are an excessive charge to the house
over and above what they earn by their Labour and that they
are not kept So Constantly and Close to labour as they ought
to be and as the Laws intends It is Ordered that it be
recomended to the Comee of this house to examine into ye
managemt. of ye. Prsoners in this Hospital and to consider
of some regulations to be made therein & how to keep them
at labour more Strictly and to better advantage for ye future

Cash book to be delivered
to Mr Luttenell}


Also the Clerke acquainting this Court That by an Order of
this Court made the 12th day of January last It was Ordered yt
a Copy of Mr Baker ye late Trear of these Hospitals Cash Book
Should be made and examined and delivered to his Son Mr
Baker or his order and that ye Original Book Should be
left with the Clerke of this hospital and that ye sd Mr Baker
ye son or any pson or psons for him might from time to time have
recourse to and inspect ye same And that in Obedience to ye sd
Order he had by direccons of Mr. Baker delivered a Copy of ye sd
Cash Book to his Brother in Law Mr Lutterell but that he
desired to have ye Orignal book which is all of Mr Baker ye
late Trears own handwriting to which he had made Seval
Memorandums and referrences and could not Settle ye account
between these Hospitals & Mr Baker without it It is
Ordered That ye Original Cash Book be by ye Clerke
of these hospitals delivered to ye said Mr. Lutterell he
Subscribeing ye Copy and acknowledging ye Original of ye sd
late Trears own hand writeing to be left in his Custody
by ye Order of ye sd MrBaker ye son

of Hertford was nominated to be a Governor . of these hospitals
by Mr Samuel Cornock< no role >

Also this Court being of Opinion that ye number of Governors
of these Hospitals is too great doth Order that no more Governor
be nominated for Six Months
