Also this Court being acquainted that are John Dean< no role > a Convict
Prisoner in this Hospital who was at Worke in the shopp of James
Waldo
< no role > one of the Hempdressers of this Hospital had yesterday made
his Escape from thence And the said Waldo being called in to give an
account thereof told the Court that he not being at home about ten
of the Clock yesterday morneing one of his Servts. took the said John
dean
< no role > with him to a Warehouse in the Precinct belonging to the
said Waldo to helpe him in with a Bundle of Hemp and that then
he made his Escape Whereupon Itt is Ordered That the sd. James
Waldo
< no role > do Endeavour at his owne Expense to Retake the sd. Prisoner
and give an Account to the next Court what he has done therein

Also Complaint being made to this Court on the behalfe of Allen
Page
< no role > Weaver one of the Artsmars . of this Hospital who is at present
out of Town (agt. Edward Goodson< no role > his Apprentice that he was not fitt
for his service And that he was gone from him therefore the said
Page desires to be discharged of his said Apprentice whose father
being present in Court and desireing likewise that his son might be
discharged from his Mar Itt is Ordered That the Indentures of
Apprentishipp between the said Page and the said Good Son by
Consent of both partyes be Cancelled

Mr Pindar acquainted this Court that the Agreemts. which had
been formerly proposed by the Royal Affrican Company of England to
their Creditors had proved in effectual by reason Severall of the
Creditors had not signed the same by the time therein Limitted
And that therefore the said Company had obtained an Art of the last
Sessions of Parliamt. for makeing Effectual such Agreemt. as should be
made between the said Company and their Creditors And that in
pursuance of the said Act the said Company had prepared an
Agreement and desired this Court would in power their Treasurer to
