Setting forth that he had Served part of his Apprenticeship

one Stafford and the remainder wth Mr

of the said Hospital of Bridewell
and had Since been in
the Queens Service at Sea That his
[..] Indenture being last he
can not have his Freedom in the usual method by Certificate
thereon And praying ye order of this Court to the Chamberlaine
of London for makeing him free It is Ordered That ye Consideracon
of the said Petition be referred to the Comee of this house who
are desired to report to this Court wt, they think proper to be done
therein
