Also the Clerke Acquainting this Court that Mr Trear Cass and
the Comittee of this House had come to an Agreemt. wth Robert
Deane< no role > of the parish of St. Martins in the Feilds in the County
of Middx Pewterer that he should have [..] a Lease of a House
at Chareing Cross (now in the possion of the said Robt. Deane and
which Sr Robt. Filmer< no role > held by Lease from this Hospital which
Expires at Lady Day now next ensueing) for the Terme of
eighteene yeares to Comence from Lady Day next (the said
Sr Robt Filmer< no role > then Surrendring his said Lease) at the yearly
Rent of £20 and to pay £80 fine and to lay out in necessary
repaires of the said House £45:10:6. according to and as is
menconed in a proposeall in writeing delivered by the said
Robert Deane< no role > unto the said Comittee Subject to the View of
the Workemen of this Hospital And that the said Robert
Deane< no role > had Signed an Agreement to Accept of such Lease
with such usual Covents. as are contained in the Leases made by
the Governors. of this Hospital to their Tenants. and to Execute
a Counterpart thereof And had given five Shillings to the
poores box This Court doth Confirme the said Agreemt.
and Order that a Lease be made accordingly to the said

Also the Clerk acquainting this Court that Samuel
Dexter< no role > Weaver one of the Artsmasters had left his Appartment
in this Hospital And that his three Apprentices putt to him by
Order of this Court remained here upon the Charge of this House
unprovided for Itt is Ordered by this Court that it
be Referred to the Comittee of this House to place the said
Dexters 3 Apprenticestowth some other Artmastr. of this Hospital
as they Shall see proper

an Order of this Court the Comittee of this House had directed
thatthe three Apprentices of Wm. Atkins< no role > Taylor lately
Discharged this Hospital to be turned over to John Young< no role >
Taylor another Artsmar of this Hospital but that
Burton one of the said Apprentices refused to goe to the said
Young Itt is Ordered by this Court that it be Referred
to the same Comittee to take such Order wth. the said Burton
as they shall thinke fitt
