Complanies That John Peirce< no role > Journeyman to James Waldo< no role > the Hemp
-dresser who looks after the Women Prisoners takes the Fees of the
Prisoners for their discharge before they are brought to Court so that
after their being punisht they are many times discharged before the
Clerks Minute look is seen contrary to the order of this Court And
perticularly of Eliz: Osborne< no role > a Prisoner at the Barr And that the said
Peirce sends Strangers of the Prisoners Errands wch by the order of
this Court the Beadles ought to doe that they may the better know
the Prisoners places of resort And the said Jno peirce< no role > attending this
Court Saith he had the money of Eliz: Osborne some days ago to keep
for her agt the should gett discharged and did not receive it of her as
her Fees And as to the other charge of sending strangers of the
Prisoners Errands he begs pardon of the Court and promiseth not to
do the like for the future Whereupon It is Ordered by this Court that
the sd John Peirce< no role > for such his neglect of the order of this Court be
suspended from his sd Employment till further order of this Court
And that Mr Waldoe do in the meane time provide another fill Pson
to Look after the woman Prisoners

to James Cundett< no role > Weaver an Artsmaster of this Hospll: Setting forth
That he hath been afflicted for these two years past with a lingering
distemper wch had rendered him Incapable of following his trade being
carried between two persons and hath been very troublesome to his Mar
by reason of his sd Sickness And that the Terme of his apprentpp was now
expired and therefore prayed some Releife It is Ordered by this Court
that the Clerk of those Hosplls do agree wth some Person for the keeping of thesd
Richd. Hubbard att the charge of these Hosplls: [..] untill further order of this
