The humble peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poor of the Pish of St. Saviour in Southwarke in the County of Surry

That Dorcas Shorter< no role > Widdow was lately passed from the Hamblett of [..]
Bethnall Green in the pish of Stepney in the said County of Midd to the said
parish of St. Saviour in Southwarke by Warrant under the hands & seales of
Joseph Jorye< no role > & Robert Constable< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the peace for
the said County of Midd thereby alledging that the said Dorcas Shorter< no role >
was last legally settled in the said parish of St. Saviours where she & her
said late husband Roger Shorter< no role > lived for some years.

Yor. Petrs. thinking them selves aggrieved by the
Judgmt. of the said two Justices do Appeal to this
Worll. Routh humbly pray taht the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the said Hamblett of [..]
Bethnall Green may be ordered to attend in this Court
some day this Sessions to hear & abide the finall
determinaton of this Court touching this Appeal
