of John Weatherspoon< no role > maketh oath that her sd
husband is now absent from her in Places unknown
that he has informed her & which She believes to be
true that he was heretofore hired & lived as a hired Servant
at Certain Wages by & with Thomas Hayes< no role > a Victualler
at the Sign of the Blue Boar in Rosemary Lane in
the Parish of St Boltolph without Aldgate London
& Continued in such Service under Such hiring for
the Space of three years & has not Since done any
act to gain a settlement elsewhere to this Deponts
knowledge or belief & that She was lawfully
Married to her sd husband
