, near the Playhouse, and the Prisoner clapp'd hold of him round the Waist, and ask'd him to lie with her, telling him he must do so, and she pulling up the Bottom of her Petticoats, laid them before his Breast, and while she held them there, he felt her Hand in his Pocket, and he miss'd his Money; then she ask'd him to go to her Lodging, telling him it should cost him no more; that he went along with her, with a Design to get a Constable, and while she went to get a Candle, he call'd the Watch. The Prisoner<xptr type="pageFacsimile" doc="172907090008"></xptr>
pleaded, the Prosecutor met her, was very rude, and would have lain with her, and because she would not, he threatned to swear a Robbery against her. There not being sufficient Evidence that she took the Money, the Jury <rs id="t17290709-66-verdict343" type="verdictDescription"> <interp inst="t17290709-66-verdict343" type="verdictCategory" value="notGuilty"></interp>
acquitted </rs>
