Pleas (and which shd. be argued this Term) Between the Clerk<lb></lb>
of the Peace for the West Riding & the Justices Clerks touching their<lb></lb>
several Rights & Shares in a Fee of 2s.6d which has been usually taken<lb></lb>
in this Riding for a Licence granted to an Alehousekeeper, & divided<lb></lb>
equally between<obscured></obscured>
of the Peace and the Justices Clerks, the<lb></lb>
Justices Clerks now pretend they are intitled to the whole, & some<lb></lb>
people think there's no more than 12d. due to all or any of them;<lb></lb>
as this is a matter of great Consequence to the <rs type="occupation" id="LMWJPS65447_occ1">Clerk of the Peace</rs>
