Wicks & Ellis became Sureties or pledges for the abovenamed Marry<lb></lb>
Jones for her appearance at the sd. Sessions to plead to an Indictmt.<lb></lb>
agt. them for a trespassd & misdemeansr. prferred agt. them (as this<lb></lb>
Dept. is informed) at the Genal quarter Sessions of the peace held<lb></lb>
for this Libty the 29th. day of June 1727 for unlawfully & fraudulently<lb></lb>
obtaining into their hands from one <rs type="persName" id="LMWJPS65393_n5-3">Susanna Jew</rs>
