her husband being a Soldier that during that time she had a Child<lb></lb>
in the said parish.</p>

Martins parish and is there in being Since which Sr. <rs type="persName" id="LMWJPS65305_n9-2">John Elwes</rs>

and<lb></lb>
Justice Brydall have passed the said Child to the parish of St. Margtt.<lb></lb>
and still continue the mother an Inhabitant in the said parish of<lb></lb>
St. Martin.</p>
<p n="10">Your Petrs. therefore humbly offer to this Court that they<lb></lb>
beleive the Child ought to continue with the mother<lb></lb>
she having had no settlement in the said parish and ought<lb></lb>
to be thither repassed and humbly desire an order for<lb></lb>
the same.</p>
<p n="11">And your Petr. shall ever pray Etc.</p>
