<p n="609">Outgoings Mrs. Gordon surrendering her present Lease<lb></lb>

by the Hospital to survey the Premises) in his Survey<lb></lb>
shall be Scheduled with and considered as Part of<lb></lb>
the fixtures belonging to the Hospital and become<lb></lb>
the Hospital property. Also insuring and<lb></lb>
keeping insured the Premises at such a Sum as Mr.<lb></lb>

keep and leave the Premises in repair and insuring<lb></lb>
