of the other Royal Hospitals under the orders<lb></lb>
of the respective General Courts of the several<lb></lb>
Hospitals relative to the Bill directed to be brot.<lb></lb>
into Parliament for the establishing and<lb></lb>
confirming the present acting Governors in <lb></lb>
the management and Government of the<lb></lb>
said Hospitals and to take the further<lb></lb>
directions of the Court upon the present State<lb></lb>
of that business and Treasurer accordingly acquainted<lb></lb>
the Court that the Petition for leave to bring<lb></lb>
the Bill into Parliament had been presented<lb></lb>
and a draft of a Bill prepared and that there<lb></lb>
had been several meetings with the Committee<lb></lb>
appointed by the Common Council to manage<lb></lb>
the dispute between the City and the Hospils<lb></lb>
in order to endeavor finally and amicably<lb></lb>
to adjust the several matters in Question<lb></lb>
the result of which was the Settlement of<lb></lb>
a draft of an agreement prepared with<lb></lb>
the assistance of the Recorder and Common<lb></lb>
Serjeant on behalf of the City and of the<lb></lb>
Counsel engaged on behalf of the Royal<lb></lb>
Hospitals, to be submitted to the consideration<lb></lb>
of the Court of Common Counsel on the part<lb></lb>
of the City and of the General Courts of<lb></lb>
the several Royal Hospitals on the part<lb></lb>
of the Hospitals; which draft was read<lb></lb>
