down some of the Buildings & damaging others, and that he had also suffered<lb></lb>
greatly by the spoiling of his Corn & other Effects by the extraordinary Simplest in<lb></lb>
January 1734. and desired our consideration thereof; we thereupon caused the<lb></lb>
said Damages to be view'd & examin'd into and directed him to get such<lb></lb>
Building as were blown down rebuilt, & the other damaged Buildings repair'd<lb></lb>
which being done we found the Charge thereof amount to £179.- besides<lb></lb>
rough Timber on the Farm of about £50.- value allow'd by the Hospital<lb></lb>
according to the Terms of the Lease And We also found that the said Tenant<lb></lb>
had really suffered very much by the spoiling his Corn & other Effects, therefore<lb></lb>
in regard to such a particular & unavoidable Calamity we thought it reason<lb></lb>
able to allow the said Tenant One Year & one Quarters Rent amounting to<lb></lb>
£107..10..- towards the Charge of the said Rebuildings & Repairs.</p>

found it necessary for the Service of the Hospital to pull down the Same &<lb></lb>
to build eight Houses upon the said Ground according to a Plann which<lb></lb>
we caused to be prepared by Mr. <rs type="persName" id="LMTHMG55302_n25-1">John Dawson</rs>
