Whereas William Waterman our Tennant of an house<lb></lb>
which was burnt downe in the fire which happened in 8th: Thomas<lb></lb>
parish in June last by Lease where in 37 yeares was to come Att<lb></lb>
Midsomer last at the yearely rent of 20s: and Two shillings for<lb></lb>
Tithes It is Ordered according to the Reporte of the Comittee that<lb></lb>
in considracon of his Surrender of the said Lease and new building<lb></lb>
with brick and otherwise according to the Rules prescribed in relacon<lb></lb>
to those houses att the last Court, there shalbee a new Lease made of<lb></lb>
the Prmisses for One and Fifty yeares from Midsomer aforesaid<lb></lb>
aforesaid Rent Twenty Shillings and Two Shillings Tith</p>
