The Committee having severall times considered the Peticon and<lb></lb>
case of Francis Pound which by Order of the Generall Court was refferred<lb></lb>
to their absolute and finall determinacon Doth Order that in regard<lb></lb>
of the great Expences he hath beene att in Building and repaireing<lb></lb>
of the Tenements he holds of this house in <rs type="placeName" id="LMTHMG55301_geo40">St: Thomas Parish</rs>

the house he lives in late Mr. Locks, the house late Harmans, and those<lb></lb>
late Morgans; That hee paying downe the Sum of Twenty pounds<lb></lb>
shall bee acquitted and discharged of the Sum of Six and twenty pounds<lb></lb>
two Shillings and Six pence being the Residue of all rent hee owes to<lb></lb>
this house for all the tenements hee holds of this Hospitall due at<obscured></obscured>

midsomer 1680: And that upon his Surrender of his Leases in being of<lb></lb>
the house hee lives in, and of the house next adjoyning to that house<lb></lb>

in both which he hath by Iease and<lb></lb>
grant of this Court a terme of Thirty foure years to com from Lady<lb></lb>
day 1674: part of the ground of the house he lives in being added and<lb></lb>
taken into the other late Harmans on new building thereof he shall have<lb></lb>
Severall Leases of the said houses for one and forty years from Lady day<lb></lb>
1678: att the Severall Rents of Foure pounds and Eight Shillings for tyth<lb></lb>
for each house: And that hee Shall have five years time further allowed<lb></lb>
for building the fore part of the tenemt: Rouse's which he has alsoe<lb></lb>
a grant of a Lease for one and Forty years from Lady day 1678 aforesaid,<lb></lb>
at the yearly rent of Fower pounds and eight shillings for tyth and<lb></lb>
upon payment of the twenty pounds hee owes for a Fine for that Lease<lb></lb>
hee shall have that Lease alsoe made to him or to whom hee Shall appoynt<lb></lb>
accordinly; And alsoe the Lease of the Tenement late Morgans and<lb></lb>
the roome thereof late in the tenure of widdow West and before that of<lb></lb>
widdow Hart for Forty one years from Midsomer 1677: at the yearly rent of<lb></lb>
Forty Shillings and fower Shillings for tyth according to the former Order<lb></lb>
of this Court; And that the rent and all arreares charged in the accompt<lb></lb>
on the said West for the said roomes part of or adjoyning to the said house<lb></lb>
late Morgans Shall bee remitted and discharged out of the said accompt.</p>
