indisposition, to discharge the duty of that place; The Court<lb></lb>
referred the consideracon & Examinacon thereof to the Comittee; And<lb></lb>
desire that if they fine him unfitt to officiate; they doe then<lb></lb>
appoint some other fitt Pson to Supply the said place dureing the<lb></lb>
Doctors: indisposition and to give such Pson such recompence<lb></lb>
out of the Doctors: Sallary as they shall indore meete; And the<lb></lb>
residue of the Salary to be paid to the Doctr. himselfe</p>

would take noe<lb></lb>
notice of the orders of this Court for the putting her in<lb></lb>
possession of a Tenement in the said pish they detaine from her<lb></lb>
and giving her Sattisfaccon for the time they have see kept it<lb></lb>
Ordered that it be refferred to the Comittee to inspect the<lb></lb>
former orders in this matter, And if the Pish will not comply<lb></lb>
with the last order of this Court, Then that they doe treate<lb></lb>
with her to graunt her a lease of the said Tenement from the<lb></lb>
house to comence after the Expiracon of the lease in being of the<lb></lb>
Whole, and report their proceddings & opinnions to this Court</p>

hundred pounds and to build five new Brick houses for a Lease of<lb></lb>
Forty one years to comence after the prsent Lease at the present<lb></lb>
Rent of Twenty pounds; And Mrs: Brace offered one hundred<lb></lb>
pounds Fine and to lay out one Thousand pounds in building for<lb></lb>
a lease of Sixty one years to comence as aforesaid at the yearly<lb></lb>
Rent of Five and twenty pounds, The Court ferrerred to the Comitt<obscured></obscured>

to treat with the said Psons or any other they shall find will<obscured></obscured>
