£465: was formerly paid for the Fine for this Estate without<lb></lb>
the said Woods. This Committee is of Opinion that the said<lb></lb>
Offer is much Short of the value, and therefore absolutely<lb></lb>
refuses the Same, And orders that Sr. William be acquainted<lb></lb>
therewith, and that if he does not forthwith make a much<lb></lb>
better Offerr, the Committee will publish the same to be<lb></lb>
lett to the best Bidder.</p>
<p n="1183">And it is the Opinion of the Committee that the Woods shall<lb></lb>
be hereafter lett with the said Farme and that the old Rent<lb></lb>
of £50 P ann paid before the present Lease to Sr. William shall<lb></lb>
be reserved againe upon the next Lease, And that besides<lb></lb>
the usuall Covenants the Tenant shall be obliged to leave 20<lb></lb>
Acres of fallow plowed in before the end of July in the last<lb></lb>
yeare of his Lease of such Land as has been usually Sowed with<lb></lb>
wheate, and shall be restrained from breaking upon plowing the<lb></lb>
