<p n="1708">Mr. Treasurers Accompt for the yeare ending at Lady day last 1721:<lb></lb>
haveing been duly Examined and Audited was presented approved<lb></lb>
an allowed.</p>
<p n="1709">Subscriptions being Recomended by Mr. Trear towards the Extra-<lb></lb>
-ordinary Charge of the Hospitall by the Increase of Patients, Severall of<lb></lb>
the Governors now present Subscribed liberally towards the Same.</p>
<p n="1710">The Report from the Grand Committee of their Proceedings<lb></lb>
since the Generall Court held he 10th: of May last was Read, and is as<lb></lb>
followeth.</p>
<p n="1711">To the Rt. Worshpll: Etc. Put the Report.</p>
<p n="1712">And the acknowl Report being taken into Consideration<lb></lb>

was well liked and approved by this Court, and ordered to be<lb></lb>
Observed and performed, and Entred in the Reportory of the Reportory of<lb></lb>
the proceedings of this Court: And as to the Gross Misbehaviour of Mr.<lb></lb>
Waterman one of our Governors set forth in the said Report. It is ordered<lb></lb>
That his Name be Imediately here in Court Expunged out of the Book<lb></lb>
kept of the Names of the Governors of this Hospitall, And the Same<lb></lb>
was accordingly Expunged by the Clerke out of the Said Booke in<lb></lb>
Open Court.</p>
<p n="1713">And as to the Matter menconed in the said Report relateing to the<lb></lb>

Burying Ground in t. Thomas's: Upon the Gates whereof<lb></lb>
Some of the Parishioners have affixed a Padlock to hinder ye Governors<lb></lb>
of this Hospitall from makeing use of the said Ground for Burying of<lb></lb>
the Officers and Patients dyeing in this Hospitall; Altho' there is an<lb></lb>
Undoubted and Incontestable Right in the Governors so to doe, without<lb></lb>
paying any Fees for the Same, The Church and Churchyard being Granted<lb></lb>
and appropriated to the said Governors and their Successors for ever,<lb></lb>
in the Nature of a Free Chappell in the Strictest Sence, and not Subject<lb></lb>
to any Visitacon, Archiepiscopall, Episcopall, Archidiaconall or<lb></lb>
Diaconall whatsoever; It is Ordered That the Gates and Fence of the<lb></lb>
said Ground be taken downe, and the Ground laid Open as formerly<lb></lb>
and made use of for the Buryalls of the Officers and Patients dyeing<lb></lb>
in this Hospitall without paying an Fees to the said Parishioners<lb></lb>
untill further Order: And Mr. Treasurer is desired to see this Order<lb></lb>
put in Execucon.</p>
<p n="1714">And as to the Gratuityes menconed in the said Report for Dr<lb></lb>
Plumtree, Mr Tanner, and our Steward, the same were ordered to be<lb></lb>
paid</p>
