the Money not brought into this Account as it properly belongs to<lb></lb>
the what wethear this the Account will not agree; also in the<lb></lb>
Observations you seing Stanten £23.10.0 per ½ year to Laday 1799<lb></lb>
should be £27.10.- of Hancock from Michmas 1800 as £122 clear<lb></lb>
rent, then looks as if it was as agreed which it is not,<obscured></obscured>
the lease<lb></lb>
expires Michmas 1801. The Abatement to Tegell supposes that he pay<lb></lb>
if not the whole, as least apart of the In<obscured></obscured>

2 years rest when in<lb></lb>

<p n="351">Do you know of using Places of Falbourn & Teversham, formirly<lb></lb>
they were less together. in the Eilunates you lately sent the Acres,<lb></lb>
dont agree, a Copy of last have sent or the other Side. You will<lb></lb>
settle Look us Insurance as before declared, & for Richell the Agree-<lb></lb>
-ment well for the fast Lessee (Brewitt) was for him to ensure of Course<lb></lb>
must deceased to her Successor, Willingtall & Tagell may be compounded,</p>
