I received a Letter from Mr Stevens Yesterday saying he<lb></lb>
had been very ill but to fred to been Torn soon & pay his Rent.<lb></lb>
his lease expires at Michmas, whether he into hold over or any<lb></lb>
one else to take to it some Terms she at be settled, for Low ever ill<lb></lb>
favoured the Estate may be, is in clear that it is worth more<lb></lb>
new according to general Custom them 20 Years ago.</p>

injury was made if Mr Baker was living, but not of late. I<lb></lb>
