I am directed to inform you of a Men<obscured></obscured>

Grand Committee that all rent for Estates are to be paid half<lb></lb>
yearly & a little before the second half year becomes day that<lb></lb>
is the Rent due at Michaelmas is to be paid by the Middle of March<lb></lb>
following, so that nearly half a year is left in hand. There is now<lb></lb>
due from your one year at Lady day last, also when you paid<lb></lb>
£100 in decr. last, the advanced Rent from Mech 1797 to Lady day<lb></lb>
1798 was not included which as £15. You well please to observe<lb></lb>
this Resolution of the Committee must be attended to Tenants<lb></lb>
for Houses are not to be allowed more than 2 Months.</p>
