That the Governors of the Hospital will be <lb></lb>
ready to Receive Proposals from Severall persons who will<lb></lb>
Apply for a New Lease And tho' Tis usual to prefer Old<lb></lb>
Tenants if they have behaved Well and Complyed with the<lb></lb>
Covenants of their Leases. Yet as this has not been your Case<lb></lb>
And you have been very Troublesome in many instances, you<lb></lb>
are rot to Expect. the Favour shewn to Good Tenants</p>
<p n="1715">One thing I must Fell you is absolutely<lb></lb>
Necessary for you immediately to Do and that is to pay for the<lb></lb>
Lease which your Brother; had he Lived, was too honest to have<lb></lb>
Neglected and which to your great Shame you have hither to<lb></lb>
refused.</p>

I have recd. notice from Mr. Swaine that he intends to fall the Wood<lb></lb>
Agst: Mr. Sankeys wood, & the Sheaves round the Hooks next falling time</p>
<p n="1720">He also inform'd me that you wod. be glad of an Order from ye Trer:<lb></lb>
relating to the Timber for his repairs; which I here send you as under And<lb></lb>
also what he agreed to allow Mr. Sankey</p>

<p n="1722">Timber to be allow'd Mr. Swaine to Repair the Well, the Lumber Room,<lb></lb>
and the flore of the Granary. According to your Discretion</p>
<p n="1723">To be allow'd Mr. Sankey 50 feet for the posts & Rails about the house<lb></lb>
& what you think necessary for the pailing before the House</p>
<p n="1724">Proper timber for Repairing the Granary. If Elm will do. use those mark'd <lb></lb>
unsound<lb></lb>
Proper timber to Repair the Pound.</p>
<p n="1725">And what timber is on the Estate proper for Lushing the House but if <lb></lb>
more is wanting for that purpose than is on the Estate. Mr. Sankey must<lb></lb>
provide it himself</p>
