Little Surpriz'd that a Step of this Kind should be taken without this<lb></lb>
knowledge and being Consulted in the Affair.</p>
<p n="1529">If indeed (as it has been Suggested) the passing this Bill<lb></lb>
will be a Detriment to the Hospital Estate the Silence of the Persons<lb></lb>
Engag'd in it is Accounted for.</p>
<p n="1530">Under these Circumstances I am to Acquaint you that as<lb></lb>
Faithfull Trustees for the Charity the Governors think Themselves<lb></lb>
bound to Oppose this Bill</p>
