an Estimate of the Damage occasion'd by the high<lb></lb>
Wind on Friday last, and send it the first opportunity,<lb></lb>
in order to its being Laid before the Grand Commee<lb></lb>
for their Consideration, whether they will make You<lb></lb>
any Allowance towards the said Damage or not<lb></lb>
As to the Face that is blown down, if it is in the<lb></lb>
Hospitall Man or there is not the least doubt to be<lb></lb>
made, but that it belongs to the HospitalYou<lb></lb>
will send along with the Estimate what information<lb></lb>
you can relations to this Affairs, that the Grand Commee<lb></lb>
may Act accordingly</p>

I am Inform'd of Considerable Damage done<lb></lb>
to the Barns Etc by the late high wind and (amongst the) rest that a<lb></lb>
Tree of Value which stood on the Hospital Manor is blown down<lb></lb>
which Seabrooke would have taken as the Right of the Governor's But<lb></lb>
that Mr Sear your Master refus'd to let him have it on Pretence that<lb></lb>
it does not belong to <rs type="placeName" id="LMTHLB55002_geo602">the Hospital</rs>

Treasurer to Inform you that the Hospital will not give up this<lb></lb>
Point on any account unless Mr. Sear can make it appear that He<lb></lb>
has a better right to the Tree than They and to Give you notice<lb></lb>
not to move the Tree till the mater be determin'd I dont doubt<lb></lb>
but you'l give me an imediate Answer</p>
