Wood which he intended for want of as Year's growth but<lb></lb>
expects for the future that he observes the Covenants<lb></lb>
of his Leafe Mr. Treasurer however approves of your<lb></lb>
for bidding Mr. Sankey from topping or lopping any more<lb></lb>
Pollards than according to the Terms of his Leafe he can<lb></lb>

offended And will soon determine to send me down against to recover<lb></lb>
the Rent you own them by such Methods as the Law allows, the<lb></lb>
Consequence of which I reed not acquaint you with, but hope you<lb></lb>
will for yr. own Sake Prevent by paying it forthwith</p>
