I have this day View'd & examin'd a party wall between<lb></lb>
Mr. Hearsey Tenent of the Hospital. & the next House<lb></lb>
South adjoyning which belongs to the Worshipful Company of<lb></lb>

ruinous Condition, & splitt in a very bad and dangerous manner,<lb></lb>
and it is my opinion that unless speedy care be taken to under pin<lb></lb>
the said Party Wall, to may Endanger ye Houses, and as it must<lb></lb>
be an equal Expence, I Desire the favour of your answer which<lb></lb>
whill oblige</p>

was 5s a Journey, and it appeares by my Letters to yourself &<lb></lb>
Mr. Sankey that Mr. Braybrook hath had 3 Journies since his<lb></lb>
appointmt.</p>
