I Wrote you the 13th Sept. last that Mr. Necks Swaine<lb></lb>
of Haistingleigh had sent Notice of his intention<lb></lb>
to fell some underwood & desired your answer<lb></lb>
to my Letter, but have not yet reced any</p>
<p n="628">Mr. Sankey has sent Notice that he designs<lb></lb>
to fell two Acres & a half of underwood of <lb></lb>
Kings mill down Wood: I therefore hereby<lb></lb>
desire you to take care of the Timber growing<lb></lb>
and Mark all such, Storers Wavers Saplings<lb></lb>
or Tillers as are proper to be left; & let me<lb></lb>
have an Answer to my Letters, what you<lb></lb>
shall have done in pursuance of these directions<lb></lb>
& Let me know by the first opportunity whether<lb></lb>
you have reced my letter in relations to Mr. <lb></lb>
Swaine</p>

Timber & bark is brought to Account</p>

fell, I desire you would act in that Affair as if<lb></lb>
it was for yourself. If there be any Timber tree<lb></lb>
that are Stag headed or will be no better for Standing<lb></lb>
