Gentlemen<lb></lb>
The Sever Weather in the last Winter long preven-<lb></lb>
ted the enquiry the Governors of the Hospital though incumbent<lb></lb>
on them to make concerning the circumstances of their<lb></lb>
Cole Works at Tibshelfe. and consequently occasioned so<lb></lb>
long delay in your receiving their resolution touching the<lb></lb>
proposals you made to them; but as they have at length<lb></lb>
got those Works viewd and obtained a much fuller inform-<lb></lb>
ation than they ever before had; I have Orders to acquainted<lb></lb>
you that tho. they are advised that £70. P Ann is but a<lb></lb>
reasonable rent for a Lease of 41 years, yet as you are<lb></lb>
Gent of a very good Character, they will insist only on<lb></lb>
£60 P Ann rent and £50 Fine for that term to Commence<lb></lb>
from Lady day last and and the Lease to be made<lb></lb>
Virte.</p>
