Mr. Barnadiston haveing Agreed with the Govrs. for a Lease of<lb></lb>
a House in the Old Bailey for which he was to Pay £100. Fine &<lb></lb>
£10. P Ann which Agreemt. was made upon your Accot. & the £100<lb></lb>
was to be paid down The Comittee looking ever their Contrail<lb></lb>
Book & not finding the mony paid are very much Surpriz'd<lb></lb>
imputing the Non paymt. as my neglect And because neither<lb></lb>
your Character nor mine may suffer any further I expect the<lb></lb>
mony be forthwith paid otherwise the Comittee will order<lb></lb>
process as upon other Occasions of which I thought fit to<lb></lb>

I Hear Hadack has paid One years Rent Whether<lb></lb>
you have given any Accot. of it to Mr. Scarratt I know not<lb></lb>
I am told also that Mr. Blows user part of Hadack's Farme as<lb></lb>
his own Land, pray how comes that about, or what is the<lb></lb>
pretence for so doing & how much Land may it be pray let me<lb></lb>
know & how much Land may it be Pray let me know how much<lb></lb>
Hadack may be in arreare & also the rest of the Tennts. & how<lb></lb>
much each of them pay by the year Mr Wright our Clerk is<lb></lb>
lately dead So that I cannot readily come at the papers<lb></lb>
relating to this Estate.</p>
<p n="128">You write Mr Scarratt you have got a good Tennt. Do you<lb></lb>
me and Our Tennant to take the whole Estate or only Hadack's<lb></lb>
