I was in Expectation of a Grand Committee at the Hospll:<lb></lb>
before the Hollidays: But Some Businesse has happened wch:<lb></lb>
prevents it. However as to your Affaire. Mr Trear<lb></lb>
proposes, That if you can be in Towne some day next<lb></lb>
week (I beleive Tuesday or Thursday Morning may be<lb></lb>
best) He'l come to an Agreement with you on behalfe of<lb></lb>
the Hospitall. That if you find it proper to Begin the<lb></lb>
Felling the Underwood before we have a Committee you<lb></lb>
should leave a proper quantity uncutt, for which if it should<lb></lb>
happen that you and the Commitee should not agree about<lb></lb>
a new Lease, you shall be paid according to the true value of<lb></lb>
it, and he would Settle that value with you, or fix the Manner<lb></lb>
in which it shall be Settled. This expedient I apprehend<lb></lb>
Sr. will make you Easy, and doubt not but you'l approve it.<lb></lb>
pray you call at my house as you goe by. And if I am not<lb></lb>
gone before to the Hospitall will then goe with you.</p>
