petitioner delivered the said Letter to his said Master who immediatly<lb></lb>
after reading the same told the petitioners that he had been to a<lb></lb>
Magistrate and found that he the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50963_n1196-5">William Moulden</rs>

was not<lb></lb>
obliged to keep the petitioner as he was bound for six Years only and<lb></lb>
that he might go and be damned for he did not care what became of<lb></lb>
him. That in Consequence of such answer the petitioner returned to<lb></lb>
his said uncle and had ever since remained with him who had found<lb></lb>
and provided the petitioners with every necessary since that time; whereby<lb></lb>
the petitioner conceived himself aggreieved; and prayed to be discharged<lb></lb>
from his said apprenticeship and that the said william moulden<lb></lb>
might be Ordered to return the said Sum of Twenty six pounds and<lb></lb>
five shillings or so much thereof as the court should think reasonable<lb></lb>
Whereupon at the request of the said petitioner It is Ordered that<lb></lb>
the benefit of his said appeal should be saved unto him and the hearing<lb></lb>
and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the<lb></lb>
next general Quarter session of the peace to be holden for this county and<lb></lb>
on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the said William<lb></lb>
moulden he and all persons concerned do attend the court at the<lb></lb>
session house aforesaid on Thursday the Thirtyfirst day of October next<lb></lb>
at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and where<lb></lb>
the judgement and determination of the said court touching the said appeal</p>
