Petitioner did on the twelfth day of June one thousand<lb></lb>

in the Fields</rs>

keep a Stage Coach agreeable to an Act of Parliament passed in the<obscured></obscured>

fifth year of the Regin of the his present Majesty Intituled An Act for<lb></lb>
repealing the Duties licenses taken out by persons letting House<lb></lb>
for the purpose of travelling post and by time and on Stage Coaches and<lb></lb>
for granting other Duties in him thereof and also additional Duties on<lb></lb>
Horses lett to hire for Travelling post and by time did at the said<lb></lb>
Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in the said County City and Liberty<lb></lb>
keep use and employ a certain as a public Stage Coach for the<lb></lb>
purpose of conveying Passenger for hire to and from different places<lb></lb>
with in the Hingdon of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50957_geo381">Great Martin</rs>

(to wit) to and from<lb></lb>

or painted or caused to be marked or painted on the outside pannel of<lb></lb>
each Door of the said Coach, before he your Petitioner used the said Coach<lb></lb>
for the purpose aforesaid his your Petitioner Christian and Sir Name<lb></lb>
Contrary to the Statute Etc.</p>
<p n="836">That the your Petitioner was convicted by the said Justices of<lb></lb>
