play at a certain Game under the Denomination of the<lb></lb>
Game of Hazard and adjudged to pay the penalty of<lb></lb>

by such Judgement and submits to your Worships he<lb></lb>
hath a good and substantial Defence to the same<lb></lb>
And humbly prays</p>

Your Petitioner to appeal against<lb></lb>
such Conviction and that such<lb></lb>
appeal may be heard on the<lb></lb>
