by such Conviction and is advised to appeal against the<lb></lb>

prays your worships will be pleased to<lb></lb>
permit him to enter his said appeal<lb></lb>
so that the same may be heard at<lb></lb>
this present General Quarter Session<lb></lb>
of the Peace and that your worships<lb></lb>
will be pleased to appoint a Day for<lb></lb>
hearing and determining the same</p>
