on redeeming the Pledge hereinafter mentioned Thirteen shillings<lb></lb>
and one penny by way of Profit upon Ten Shillings and seven pence which had been lent up<lb></lb>
a Pledge of One pair of Silver Buckles contrary to the Statuts: whereby the Petitioners conceived<lb></lb>
themselves aggrieved: Now upon hearing the said appeal and what hath been alledged by the<lb></lb>
Counsel in and concerning the premises It is Ordered that the said Conviction be and the<lb></lb>
same is hereby Quashed.</p>
