duly adjourned until this Session now upon hearing the said appeal and<lb></lb>
what hath been alledged by the respective parties their Counsel and Witnessed<lb></lb>
in and concerning the premises. It is Ordered that the said Conviction be<lb></lb>
and the same is hereby Quashed.</p>
