day been presented with the Sum of £32..5..6 as the<lb></lb>
Contribution of the Officers and Privates of the Saint Annes<lb></lb>
Corps of Gentlemen Volunteers for the said benevolent purpose<lb></lb>
desire to return their Unanimous and grateful Thanks to the<lb></lb>
said Officers and Privates and to take this Opportunity to<lb></lb>
express to them the high Sense they, in common with the rest<lb></lb>
of the Parishioners entertain of their Loyalty Publick Spirit<lb></lb>
and disinterested Patriotism in standing forth at their<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
Expence in Support of our happy Constitution and the<lb></lb>
Protection of legal Liberty and Property and at the same<lb></lb>
time they lament that any Occasion has Occurred to call for<lb></lb>
their Assistance in support of the Civil Magistrates they are<lb></lb>
happy to find that through their exertions the Public quiet<lb></lb>
was restored and Private Property preserved, And they<lb></lb>
therefore beg leave to transmit to them their grateful<lb></lb>
Acknowledgement equally impressed by the Services of their<lb></lb>
Personal Exertions in defence of the Property of Individuals</p>
