<p n="1571">A Petition having Presented to this Majesty's <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50909_occ262">Justices of the Peace</rs>

in Session Assembled stating that Several Alterations<lb></lb>
had taken place in the manufacturing of several Articles in the<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
Branch<lb></lb>
of Orrice weaving both in respect of the Fineness of the Shot as well as<lb></lb>
width of the several Articles whereby the labour of the Manufacture<lb></lb>
is much increased and no Provision or adequate Compensation made<lb></lb>
them for such additional Labourand praying the Court is settle<lb></lb>
regulate and order the Wages and prices of the Journeymen working<lb></lb>
within the said County in the said Branch. It is Ordered that<lb></lb>
the said Petition be taken into Consideration in Saturday next the<lb></lb>
Eighteenth day of April Instant at the hour of Ten in the Forenoons<lb></lb>
and that in the mean time an Advertizement be inserted in three<lb></lb>
of the Public Newspapers to the intent that all Masters and<lb></lb>
