And in fact it is presumed the mother cannot by any possibility (if Strictly examined) Indentify the Child<lb></lb>
having never seen it from its Birth</p>
<p n="605">The Child appears to be full 7 years of Age but not 9 YearsIf therefore it can be presumed<lb></lb>
that all the parties are so far Mistaken as to the Age of the Child as to swear it is not Seven years OldAltho:<lb></lb>
it may be nine Yet if the Testimony of Mr Hallpike and wife is true It could not have been born in the house<lb></lb>
Sworn toAnd parties differing so Widely as to the time of the Birth of an Illigitimate Child which must<lb></lb>

have left a strong in pression on the mind of the mother will surely induce the Court to pay little<lb></lb>
