a Packet of Violet Powder for the Hair for One Shilling Subject to<lb></lb>
the duty of one penny of which said Shop Notice in Writing had been sent to the Commissioners<lb></lb>
for managing the duties on Stamped Vellum Etc no Cover Wrapper on Label by the Act<lb></lb>
directed being previous to such Tale well and Sufficiently pasted stuck fastened or<lb></lb>
affixed thereto contrary to the Statute Etc whereby the Petitioner conceived himself aggrieved<lb></lb>
Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been alledged by the respective<lb></lb>
Parties and their Counsel in and Concerning the Premises It is Ordered that the Said<lb></lb>
Appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed and that the said Conviction be and the same is hereby<lb></lb>
