for the said County bearing date the 29th. day of<lb></lb>
December last he was Convicted before the said Justices for knowingly suffering<lb></lb>
gaming with cards by Journeymen Labourers and others in his House whereby he<lb></lb>
had for feited the sum of Forty shillings, by which the Petitioner conceived himself<lb></lb>
aggrieved Now upon hearing the said appeal and what hath been alledged by the<lb></lb>
respective Parties in and concerning the Premises It is Ordered that the said<lb></lb>
conviction be and the same is hereby quashed.</p>
