<p n="30">Resolved by the Committee That the Cornico of the Great Room be<lb></lb>
preserved as much as possible</p>
<p n="31">That the Recesses be not executed but the Room to be 42 Feet long with<lb></lb>
Timber partition and folding Doors 4 feet 10 Inches wide, to enter next<lb></lb>
the Windows, and blank Doors to answer them on the other side.<lb></lb>
The Chimoneys to remain unaltered</p>
<p n="32">Batten and Stucco the Walls and paint them light french gray and<lb></lb>
the Woodwork a Stone Colour Mr. Rogers to prepare forthwith such<lb></lb>
Particulars as may be necessary for persons who choose to give in<lb></lb>
proposals for executing the whole work at a certain price</p>
<p n="33">Mr. Rogers is desired to give Notice to any Workman he thinks would<lb></lb>
undertake the same, that they may send in proposals sealed<lb></lb>
naming what Price they will do the whole work for</p>
<p n="34">And the any other Gentleman do named the same to any<lb></lb>
Workman they know of</p>
<p n="35">That the Tontine Room be altered in the Door, Chimney Etc as<lb></lb>
Proposed by Plan</p>
<p n="36">Mr. Rogers to make a particular of the painting to be done on<lb></lb>
the outside of the Session House and that the same Notice be given<lb></lb>
to Workman to send in prices for the Same in the same manner a<lb></lb>
for the Great Room such Proposals to be Delivered sealed up on<lb></lb>
